Why hello there!

This journey is not a linear one! Sometimes we feel like we're moving backwards, we feel stuck, and we judge where we are.
I get it! As I've stepped into my truth and purpose, it has been a rollercoaster of beautiful highs and deep lessons and learnings.

And I would love to support & guide you through your journey, so you can share your beautiful unique gifts with the world in even bigger ways.

I spent the first 30 years of my life disconnect from who I was. I was always trying to 'fit in', to be liked, to be successful to make my parents proud. I was always thinking about what other people wanted, what other people thought.
​
I felt unfulfilled,
I wasn't happy,
life wasn't working for me.
​
And then, during covid as the world slowed down and I slowed down, I hit my rock bottom as my past trauma's came to surface and I could no longer keep running away from them. I went into a deep Dark Night of the Soul as I started my healing and spiritual journey.
​
I slowly started peeling back the layers of conditioning, I saw my patters of people please and putting others' needs before my own. I was confronted with all the ways I had abandoned myself. And for the first time in my life, I chose me.
​
I stopped drinking, I left all the relationships that weren’t aligned, and isolated from the world. I started to connect to myself - what lights me up, what brings me joy, what I'm naturally good at, what makes me feel alive. And I gave myself permission one step at a time, to be me. To be my magical, weird, wild, wonderful self.
And of course, I continue to evolve and deepen into this journey!

I found my inner freedom & fulfillment, which I had been looking for in everything on the outside, and I knew I wanted to empower others to find their inner freedom as well. I embarked on a year long transformational coaching program, The Institute for Coaching Mastery with Alyssa Nobriga, transforming myself more deeply along the way and finding my gift and deep love for somatic coaching and the transformation that is available when we go into the body - both the inner wisdom and the deeper healing.
Finding Human Design was a pivotal part of my journey in more deeply understanding and accepting myself & my gifts. I trained with Jenna Zoe, and learnt how to work with and flow with my unique energy, rather than the cultural conditioning of how I ‘should’ be. I found so much more ease, flow, and joy in expanding my business and life with this deeper acceptance and understanding of my intuition, energy, and gifts.

As I deepened into my spiritual journey, I took Erin Lyon's Quantum Healing Certification, integrating more deeply into my capacity to hold transformational healing space in my containers. Healing happens when we're met with the energetic presence of love as it awakens your own love within you. Energy and vibration is everything, and it's a big part of my coaching & container holding.

I have completed many other spiritual and personal development programs, following my intuition to the expansion that my soul desires and is ready for. I combine the embodied life experience of my journey & all the challenges I have led myself through with the trainings and programs I have taken.
​
I hold a deep container for healing the parts of you that are holding you back, while connecting you to your deep inner knowing and intuition to own & share your unique gifts as you expand deeper into your purpose one inspired step at a time. I balance light & shadow work, and use entrepreneurship & purpose as a spiritual path to your highest evolution.
The joy and fulfillment of life is found when you allow yourself to be you!
